I specialize in assisting adults navigate challenging life transitions and tackle symptoms related to anxiety, depression and trauma. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.
I have worked in several settings and served various populations, including working with military members and their families. I have worked with individuals and families who have encountered crises and trauma(s), as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders and various behavioral and mental health issues. I employ a variety of treatment modalities and provides a collaborative approach to counseling to meet the clients’ individual needs.
